If you would like to return an item, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receiving the order. Please bear in mind Made to Order, Made to Measure and Personalised goods cannot be returned, as we’ve customised these pieces especially for you.
Return Application process:
- Submit written notification to email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Within the email, please clearly explain why you would like to return your item(s) and if an item is faulty, please provide us with full details & images.
- You will receive a confirmation email that your request has been authorised and we will send you the Return Label.
- Package your item(s) securely in its original packaging, ensuring it remains in its intact condition.
- Print out the Return Label and attach onto the parcel.
- Schedule DHL courier pickup or drop off at your nearest DHL drop-off point.
- Once we receive your item(s) and make sure it meets our Return Policy, we will be able to proceed with the refund (3-5 working days).
- The Item(s) must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered.
- The Item(s) must be in their original condition, If Its returned damaged, we cannot process the refund and will return the goods to you.
- If the item(s) you received is faulty/damaged, we will take full responsibility on return/exchange for you.
- Please be aware that shipping costs are not eligible for a refund.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. You are welcome to return any item you do not wish to keep for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product. This policy helps us maintain a streamlined and efficient shopping experience for all our customers.
