MADE TO ORDER/STANDARD SIZE
All collection garments in standard sizing are made to order in our London atelier, please allow at least 3-5 weeks for the garment to be made and delivered to you. We will be in touch to confirm estimated delivery time within 3 days of receiving your order.
Standard sizing garments can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt. Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.
MADE TO MEASURE
All MTM garments are made to your unique measurements in our London atelier, please allow at least 4-6 weeks for the garment to be made and delivered to you.
We will be in touch within the next 3 days to go through your measurements and explain the process in more details. On our call, we will also give you an estimated delivery time.
Made to measure garments cannot be returned as they are made for your unique body specifications. If there is a fit issue, alterations are available upon request. Fees may apply.
